Skilled Careers is working with a leading Main Contractor that is seeking an Estimator with diverse sector experience to play a key role within the Data Centre and Industrial sectors.

This Main Contractor operates on projects across the UK and is renowned for working within various sectors.

The projects the Estimator will be involved in are valued between £50m and £100m, and the role offers a significant opportunity within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role within the Data Centre and Industrial sectors, overseeing projects up to £200m.
  • The first key project will be a £250m Data Centre development.
  • The current Estimating team includes five Estimators : Trainee Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Estimators, Senior Estimator, and a Managing Estimator.
  • Assist with and manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post-tender interviews, and provide data as required.

Requirements

  • Experience across multiple sectors is preferred, with specific experience in Data Centre and Industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on approach to estimating roles.
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with others.
