Bramah Recruitment is looking for a detail oriented Sales Administrator to join a fantastic business in the automotive sector. With a key focus on assisting in life customers providing key information, completing essential sales administration and providing quotations this is a fast paced customer facing role aimed and delivering a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

Provide quotations and detailed information to end users on services provided by the business.
Complete all of the related sales administration for end users.
Communicate with customers to encourage renewal onto the service provision at the end of contract.
Provide detailed information on the quote, order and delivery process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Work with the wider sales and ops teams to support general operations for the business's customers as and when required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

Strong attention to detail with a customer centric approach.

Experience in the automotive sector would be preferable.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Ability to manage customer relationships both on the phone and via email.
