Job Description :

Your Missions :

Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
Promote and facilitate cross‐functional communication and collaboration
Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).

Main responsabilities :

Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each milestone

Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress on a daily basis

Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase order and deliveries

Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams on a daily basis

Identify risks and work with the Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans

Report project status to Project Leader on a weekly basis

Schedule and coordinate project team weekly meeting and other meetings as necessary including sending

Schedule and coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams

Support vehicle development and validation team to guarantee availability of components and spares

Prepare milestone reviews including the collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)

Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader

Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)

Your Profile :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or

similar)

Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools

Experience in Project Coordination in the Motorsport or Supercar industry

Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Self‐starter with the ability to work with high level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams

Team‐oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others

Fluent English and willingness to learn French
