Role Highlights

48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
Up to ca £54,000 p.a.
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

What You'll Need

Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems

Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset

Health and safety consciousness

Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment

Life assurance : base salary x3

Employer pension contributions : 4%
