My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be working with a successful manufacturer, that have ramped up their headcount and also production capacity over the last 18-24 months. About the Role

This role is based on a rotating shift pattern (early, back, night) - 06 : 00 - 14 : 00, 14 : 00 - 22 : 00 & 22 : 00 - 06 : 00. This opportunity would be fantastic for an engineer seeking out development in a new sector, an engineer moving out of the forces or a newly qualified engineer looking for a company where they can develop both now and in the future!

Responsibilities

• Undertaking planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding
• Fault finding on PLC systems
• General electrical / mechanical maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities
• Working closely with the process engineering and quality engineering teams
• Supporting colleagues with project work
