Role Overview :
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing Residential Property team in Altrincham . This full-time, permanent, office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, and new builds, from instruction through to post-completion. You will work closely with a supportive team and report directly to the Legal Director, contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking and reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and new builds
- Advise clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of property transactions
- Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
- Deliver exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking efforts to support team growth
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed :
5+ years PQE in residential property (strong 4+ PQE candidates will also be considered)Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independentlyExcellent technical and procedural knowledge of conveyancingStrong communication skills with a client-first approachHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files efficientlyA team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring othersA commercial mindset and focus on client careWhat’s On Offer :
