I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-established manufacturing business, for an experienced SHEQ Manager to oversee Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems within their factory operations. Key Responsibilities : Health & Safety

• Develop and enforce H&S policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through training and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and maintain relevant certifications. Quality Assurance
• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
• Support production teams to ensure product quality meets all specifications.
• Lead internal quality audits and implement corrective / preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and drive improvements. Environmental Management
• Maintain ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management systems.
• Drive environmental sustainability, focusing on waste reduction and compliance.
