Key Responsibilities : Health & Safety
- Develop and enforce H&S policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training and staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and maintain relevant certifications. Quality Assurance
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
- Support production teams to ensure product quality meets all specifications.
- Lead internal quality audits and implement corrective / preventive actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and drive improvements. Environmental Management
- Maintain ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management systems.
