You will support implementation of the journey plan that includes key goals and activities to support children, young people and their families achieve the desired outcome, within the home environment and community.

The casual hourly rate is$48.03 – $53.85 per hour (base rate 6am – 8pm), $67.24 – $75.39 per hour (Saturday rate), $86.45 – $96.93 per hour (Sunday rate) + Super.
