• Lead AI integration into product development and engineering workflows
• Prototype innovative AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Define strategic product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Evaluate and implement AI technologies to drive product evolution
• Develop scalable MLOps pipelines for reliable AI solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn AI insights into business value
• Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and developers

What We’re Looking For :

Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus!)

Experience – 5+ years in AI, machine learning and data science, with a track record of launching data-driven SaaS or enterprise products

Technical Expertise – Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java), deep learning and machine learning knowledge, experience in MLOps and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Industry Knowledge – ERP system familiarity, expertise in discrete manufacturing, and leadership experience mentoring AI teams

Candidates reaching the third stage of the interview process will undertake a ‘Flight Test’ —a practical assessment designed to evaluate real-world problem-solving and AI application skills, conducted just before the official job offer.
