Location : Based in Stockport with travel across the North West

Salary : £40,000 per annum + Car Package + Commission

Hours : Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Are you a driven, results-focused professional with a passion for growing business and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our expanding portfolio of workshop services including Compliance Packages, R&M Contracts, SMR, Accident Repair, and Vehicle Refurbishment across multiple sites in the North West sites.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager :

• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing long-term contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain and increase revenue
• Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate leads through prospecting and networking
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
• Regularly report on progress, manage CRM data, and monitor market trends to refine sales strategies
