We're partnering with a leading organisation on an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Process Lead to join on a 12-month FTC, with the flexibility of a day rate contract for the right candidate.

The Role :

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Transformation, this is a standalone role where you'll take full ownership of key treasury and finance transformation projects - primarily focused on payment file reconfiguration and process optimisation.

Key Focus Areas :

• Leading reconfiguration of payment file structures with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion, AccessPay, and Barclays.net.
• Assessing the impact of changes across end-to-end finance processes, and recommending pragmatic, scalable adjustments.
• Implementing and operating automated bank reconciliation processes across multiple bank accounts and legal entities, including the design and setup of teams to support operations.
• Ensuring compliance and strong understanding of UK payment systems and regulations including BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster Payments.
• Bringing a solution-oriented mindset, able to articulate ideas clearly and simply while driving change and challenging existing norms.
