Worcestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Social Care team.

In this vital role, you will :

Deliver a specialist Occupational Therapy service , identifying options to enhance independence and reduce reliance on care.

Use a wide range of tools, including equipment , assistive technology , manual handling techniques , and training to support clients.

Lead on early reviews of post-hospital discharge packages , helping reduce long-term care needs and ensuring effective use of care resources.

What we're looking for :

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in community-based or hospital discharge services
• Strong knowledge of equipment provision, risk assessment, and reablement strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with health and social care professionals
