This intimate, Michelin-recognised restaurant is known for delivering exquisite seasonal tasting menus with precision, creativity, and soul. With a small number of covers and a focus on exceptional technique and immaculate plating, this is the ideal environment for a chef who is serious about craftsmanship and quality.

Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous level in a fine dining or Michelin environment

Passion for producing beautiful, flavour-driven food in a high-pressure but rewarding setting
