Job description

Business Development Manager (Hybrid Glasgow)

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients; manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Presentations & Proposals : Prepare tailored pitches and proposals to showcase the company's expertise and value proposition.

Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate terms, handle objections, and secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and an exceptional client experience.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver regular pipeline and performance updates to senior management.

About You

Proven Sales Track Record : Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (property sector experience is a plus).

Target-Driven : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.

Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written skills, with confidence in presenting at all levels.

Self-Starter : Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Relationship Builder : Natural networker who can develop trust and rapport quickly.
