Job Description : About the Role :

The Account Manager will focus on driving HCP advocacy and market share growth for pre-term products, understanding and monitoring the usage and route to market of Aptamil & Cow & Gate milks in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Planning and Management :

Develop data-driven strategies for Pre-Term customers to maximize opportunities.

  • Understand and influence the route to market for Pre-Term and Aptamil / Cow & G ate milks.
  • Implement reporting processes for product usage.
  • Sales, Profit, and Market Share :
  • Drive advocacy and clinical benefit selling to increase product usage and switch from competitors.

  • Identify opportunities to grow topline and profit through route to market insights.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Manage customer relationships and develop segmentation strategies.

  • Mobilize KOLs and advocates, supporting events and educational meetings.
  • Build relationships with NHS influencers to create a favorable environment for portfolio promotion.
  • Internal Collaboration :
  • Work cross-functionally to drive business growth and provide insights.

    The role covers Scotland and North / North East England (Yorkshire & Humber). It is a 12-month fixed-term contract ending in May 2026, with a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.

    Candidate Profile :

  • Strong partnership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of NHS dynamics and adaptability.
  • Highly organized with good business planning skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on targets and business success.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
