We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Acceleration Specialist to join our Research Revenue Acceleration, Process, and Tools Team. In this role, you will support the optimisation and execution of transformational agreements and ensure data integrity across systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scaling high-impact sales operations and drive revenue growth in Wiley’s Strategic se gment.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational insight, process improvement capabilities, and system knowledge to enhance workflow efficiency, improve cross-functional coordination, and support accurate forecasting .

How you will make an impact :

Transformational Agreements Operations Management :

  • Manage exception workflows to reduce processing delays
  • Improve coordination between teams for efficient TA implementation
  • Standardise and document operational processes to enable scalability
  • Manage SteerCo calendar, coordinate meetings, and maintain proposal documents, including meeting notes
  • Ensure alignment between contractual requirements and operational delivery
  • Attend and support APAC Steering Committee meetings
  • Revises and updates key documentation on a regular basis
  • Works with Operations, Content Management, Customer Success, and others, to identify and resolve issues, escalating as appropriate
  • Revises and updates processes on a regular basis.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support sales forecasting
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for pipeline optimisation
  • Monitor and reinforce accurate sales stage classification within CRM
  • Support Sales Operations Analyst to ensure approved models match CRM data

Process Implementation :

  • Develop and deliver process training in collaboration with Enablement
  • Act as subject matter expert for system configurations linked to new processes
  • Create best practice documentation to accelerate onboarding and team adoption
  • Create and own the customer proposal documents working in collaboration with Publishing & Marketing teams
  • Assist with coordination of the assets for the 8 critical FY26 TA Renegotiations
  • We are looking for people who have / are :

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or related field
  • A strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience using Power BI and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of revenue operations, sales pipelines, and business processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and process improvement experience
  • Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions
  • Salary Range :

    38,600 GBP to 55,267 GBP

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
