Job descriptionRepresent Phoenix Compliancy Management (PCM) professionally at all times. Audit domestic gas appliances and systems for both workmanship quality and gas safety compliance. Undertake relevant training to remain up to date with gas legislation, standards, and procedures.

Main Purpose of the Job
- To audit domestic gas works including servicing, breakdown repairs, new boiler / heating installations, and investigations carried out by client-appointed contractors.
- To ensure all works comply with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, relevant British Standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- To produce detailed, accurate reports using company-issued tablets / laptops outlining inspection findings.
- To issue Warning Notices / At Risk / Immediately Dangerous notices as appropriate, supported by photographic evidence.
