As an Account Manager in International department, you’ll have the chance to manage :
Client Service :
- Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients
- Ensure campaign operations are seamless
- Resolve client issues quickly and without fallout
- Organise client entertainment where appropriate
- Arrange face-to-face and virtual meetings with German clients in local language
Campaign Management :
Pre-campaign :QA of pre campaign documentsProject manage build of creative assets & other campaign setup requirementsManage creative tag traffickingCampaign activation :Request and deliver screengrabsEnsure client reporting is setupMonitor pacing and performance of campaigns against benchmarksRequest and secure upweight of activity where appropriateEnd of campaign :Manage and deliver post campaign reporting and insightsManage re-booking of BAU activityAdministrative Support :
CRM (Salesforce) - IO management & understanding of Sales’ pipelineObtain PO details to enable smooth client billingReconciliation of bookingsInvestigation and resolution of invoice queriesManage operational processes within Germany’s monthly billing cycleCommunication :
Frequent client communication : email, phone / video and face-to-face (including travel)Delivering virtual / face-to-face presentations of MiQ campaign results and MiQ productsTracking & upwards and horizontal communication of campaign issuesAd-hoc communication with third party providersInternal communication of opportunities and threats to the wider international teamTechnical Support :
Implementation of tracking pixels and macrosKnowledge of Tag Management Systems (e.g. GTM)Troubleshooting campaign issues when they ariseTraining new AM team members in our systems and the wider programmatic ecosystemWhat you’ll bring
