What You’ll Be Doing

Driving new client acquisition across the UK through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships
Building and managing a robust sales pipeline of businesses seeking remote hiring solutions
Leading discovery calls, identifying hiring pain points, and positioning our South African talent pool as the solution
Collaborating with our delivery team to ensure a seamless handover from sales to placement
Meeting (and exceeding!) monthly revenue targets with laser focus

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in 360° recruitment or recruitment sales, with a focus on client acquisition

A natural hunter mindset—you love finding leads and turning them into long-term clients

Ambition, drive, and relentless focus on achieving measurable results

Excellent communication skills and confidence in pitching at C-level

Experience working independently in a remote environment

Knowledge of the UK recruitment market and B2B sales best practices
