Job descriptionSales experience (Housebuilding is a preference) Commutable to Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty IT literate. Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays Flexible with travel, sometimes at short notice Holds full driving license and have use of a vehicle for business travel Basic salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

My client is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team on a flagship site selling new house.
Reporting to the Sales Manager your duties will include…
- Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge most importantly competitors
- Have a thorough understanding of product and pricing
- Effective lead follow up skills to convert enquiries to site visits
- Staying in constant contact with enquiries nurturing them through the sales process
- Utilise their Sales methodology, schemes and incentives effectively to close a sale
- Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements
