Registered Building Inspector (Min 2A)

A great opportunity has been created for a class 2 Building Control to join our clients team based in Northampton (minimum RBI 2A+ ) on a long-term contract basis. The Role : This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and / or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available).

• 65 - £80 / hr DOE
• Initial 6-month contract
• Outside IR35 a possibility
• Minimum class 2A (more complex projects available to higher RBI classes)
