Care Worker

You’ve always felt drawn to help others with patience, kindness and a sense of purpose.

As a Care Worker at CrossReach, you’ll support older people with everyday needs, offering comfort, encouragement and a reassuring presence.

Whether you’re lending a listening ear, helping someone feel more at ease, or simply being there when it matters most, the way you care makes all the difference.

What your day (or night) might involve : Helping with personal care, meals and daily routines Supporting someone to attend worship or enjoy quiet reflection Keeping people safe, calm and comfortable Contributing to a respectful, values-led environment where everyone feels at home

What we’re looking for : Someone with compassion, patience and a strong team spirit A practising Christian, comfortable working in a faith-based setting Openness to working shifts, including evenings or weekends Willingness to work towards SVQ Level 2 or 3 we’ll support you all the way

this is a part time role, 30 hours a week and will involve weekend and evening working
