Core Responsibilities

• Ensure that all fresh ingredients are prepared to the best of your ability to the required specification.
• Weigh all required ingredients and ensure that weights are achieved as per specifications, raising any discrepancies with your team leader.
• Ensure all paperwork you are responsible for is completed accurately and honestly and input onto Unity as required.
• Maintain a safe environment by following relevant health and safety procedures and bringing any concerns to your team leader.
• Think of the next department as a customer, so the service you provide must be the best that you can deliver.
• Be conscious of wastage when prepping ingredients and take responsibility for yields.
