Workforce Transformation Programme Director - Onboarding

We have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce Transformation Programme Director - Onboarding to join our HR Team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR transformation projects or programmes, with a strong focus on improving employee experience across key lifecycle moments.
• Manage third-party suppliers and system integrators, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment to business outcomes.
• Oversee implementation or optimisation of HR technologies, with hands-on experience in Workday and / or ServiceNow being highly desirable.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
• Ideally, bring proven experience redesigning and transforming onboarding processes to create engaging, efficient employee journeys.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Purpose of the role

To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
