Job description

Are you driven by success, keen to grow new business, and excited to shape the future of urban spaces? Were looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to identify, acquire, and deliver car parks across the UK on a fast-paced, flexible model.

What Youll Do :

Acquire & Develop : Identify and deliver car parks from existing or new sites to meet aggressive growth targets.

Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales progress and ensuring new site openings across your territory.

Strategic Partnerships : Work with key internal and external stakeholders to create customer and market propositions that maximize acquisition potential.

Competitor Insight : Monitor local competitor activity to inform strategic acquisition decisions.

Monetization : Oversee the successful onboarding of new sites and ensure revenue targets are achieved.

KPI Delivery : Your success will be measured through KPIs such as the number of new sites opened and financial performance from those sites.

Who You Are :

You have end-to-end sales / acquisition experience, ideally in a commercial or multi-site retail environment.

Youre highly motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to drive new business growth.
