Overview

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Support Operative on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Project Support Operative :

  • Deliveries to site from our store / yard and suppliers.
  • Assisting set ups.
  • Clearing sites.
  • Maintaining a tidy site.
  • Semi skilled works dependent on experience.

Skills and Qualifications for the Project Support Operative :

  • Clean driving licence.
  • Minimum 3 years construction experience.
  • Promote the company’s principles, spirit, and ethos.
  • Motivate employees, encourage work ethic, and resolve issues / conflict.
  • Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.
  • Execute established business, tasks and responsibilities.
  • Meet and exceed organisational goals with optimum use of resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance, adhering to legislation, policies and procedures.
