Associate - Litigation (US Law Firm)

A leading US law firm is seeking a high-performing 5–6 PQE Associate to join its elite London litigation and arbitration team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value disputes involving global clients across sectors such as private equity, financial services, healthcare, and technology. The team is led by highly regarded practitioners with deep experience in : Shareholder and JV disputes Fund and portfolio company litigation IP / IT and outsourcing disputes International arbitration under HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, and SIAC rules Defamation, restrictive covenants, and team move issues The practice is particularly active in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, with a strong track record in the financial services, energy, defence, and technology sectors. The team regularly handles matters involving urgent injunctive relief, asset tracing, and multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies. Why this role?
