The role is part of Carrier Rental Systems (part of the global Carrier Corporation) one of the leading suppliers of temperature control rental equipment in the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking for National Account Manager  who will be responsible for account management and building strong relationship with our clients.

As a National Account Manager , you will be responsible for :

  • Building strong value adding relationships with existing customers
  • Account Management
  • Building and maintaining long term Customer Relationships
  • Negotiating Contracts / SLA
  • Analyzing and reviewing bid opportunities, preparing bid responses, participating in negotiating with potential customers and maintaining customer relationships to win projects
  • Proactively identifying potential opportunities with account management teams, discussing their needs, and to explaining how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
  • Working closely with depot network and internal Service Centre colleagues
  • Continuous personal development on product and application knowledge
  • Contributing to and working with Carrier Rental Systems data systems especially CRM system
  • Managing commercials to ensure order profitability
  • Increasing the level of awareness of customers of Carrier Rental Systems and associated companies within the region;
  • Providing reports on customer enquiries, hires and sales in the designated area.

To be successful in the role you should have :

  • Sales / account management experience ideally in Rental sector
  • UK driving license
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focus and result driven attitude
