Your Role :

We’re looking for a Room Leader Nursery Nurse to lead a team of 2 and care for up to 15 children. You’ll create a safe, engaging space for learning, foster strong bonds with children and parents, and bring energy and creativity to every day.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the room team and deliver high-quality care and education

Plan fun, developmentally appropriate activities

Support emotional, social, and cognitive development

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Communicate effectively with families and staff

What We’re Looking For :

Qualified in Early Years Education / Childcare (Level 3 or equivalent)

Experience in a nursery or early years setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Leadership experience is a plus
