Responsibilities include :

Motivating and supporting your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles

Swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks

Creating an environment where colleagues can succeed

Managing operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager

Handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management

Providing excellent customer service

Requirements :

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Ability to delegate tasks and motivate teams effectively

Patience and a friendly manner

Passion for retail and team development

Proactive and encouraging attitude
