Robert Half are currently recruiting a Finance Manager role with a well-known organisation based in Malmesbury. This is a permanent full-time position based on site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.

The role

The Finance Manager role has come about due to an internal promotion; we are looking for someone who has recently qualified and is seeking a step up with long term progression opportunities. This is a varied role with a strong focus on team management and business partnering. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Managing a team of 5.
• Partnering with the Managing Director and reporting to them on figures.
• Finance Business Partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Oversight of the monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Supporting with the audit.
