Applicants should meet the following criteria :
- Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant specialist area expertise.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes, guidelines, and their practice implications.
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission requirements.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools.
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
- Maths and English GCSEs at grades A to C or equivalent Level 2 functional skills evidence.
Duties include :
Managing a clinical caseload, providing high-standard physiotherapy assessments and treatments, and promoting excellent patient care within the hospital.Providing physiotherapy assessments and treatments for inpatients and outpatients.Conducting surgical pre-operative assessments in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Providing clinical leadership for physiotherapy staff within the team.Delivering excellent customer service and fostering a professional, caring environment.Salary & Benefits
