Job Title : TELESALES AGENT - Estate Agency

Location : Shoreditch EC2

Salary : OTE 30000 per annum

Position : Permanent Full-Time

Our client is a fast-growing residential property company helping homeowners sell quickly through innovative deal structures.

As a Telesales Agent youll be the first contact for inbound property leadsqualifying explaining solutions and arranging valuations.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Call warm leads who responded to our property ads
  • Understand seller motivation and build rapport
  • Clearly explain our property solutions
  • Agree non-binding offers based on initial details
  • Schedule free valuation visits
  • Record and manage lead data
  • Confirm appointments and next steps with sellers
