We are recruiting for Collections Advisors to be part of our Motor Collections teams based in either our Manchester or Cardiff office.

Offering a salary from £25,000 and a discretionary annual bonus scheme, this is a great opportunity to start building a rewarding career.

You will be contracted to work 35 hours per week , with shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm Saturdays (1 in 3). You will work 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.

Enjoy 30 days holiday plus bank holidays to ensure you have time to relax and recharge.

Our comprehensive training includes 3 weeks onsite (9am-5pm) for maximum support, followed by ongoing coaching. After training, you'll transition to a hybrid working model.

What would your day look like?

• You will be making a real difference to vulnerable customers facing financial difficulties by having open and honest conversations about how we can assist them.
• Negotiating with customers in arrears to agree on repayment plans, using your initiative to recommend the best course of action or alternative resolutions.
• Adhering to all regulatory policies to ensure fair treatment and optimal outcomes for our customers.
• Demonstrating a proactive, inquisitive, and problem-solving approach to support customers in complex and sensitive situations.
