Key Responsibilities :
Preparing and cooking food intheir assigned section of the kitchen, such as grill, pasta, meat & fish, or
pastry
Ensuring that all foodpreparation and cooking is done in accordance with established recipes and
quality standards
Managing their section of thekitchen, including overseeing the work of any commis chefs or kitchen
assistants
Ensuring that their section ofthe kitchen is clean and organised, and that all equipment is properly
maintained
Collaborating with otherkitchen staff and restaurant management to ensure that food is prepared and
served in a timely manner
Adhering to company foodsafety and allergens policy
Maintaining accurate recordsof food inventory, preparation, and waste for their section of the kitchen
Treat everyone with respectand remain calm at all times
Required Qualifications &
Experience :
2 year’s experience in asimilar role
Excellent communication skillsMeticulous attention todetail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
A proactive self-starter whocan work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
