The Role

This September, we’re looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to support a confidential end-to-end event with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in high-energy environments, we’d love to hear from you.

You must be London-based , have easy access to Alexandra Palace , and be available full-time (approx. 40 hours per week) from 9th to 22nd September 2025 .

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Event Assistant , you’ll support the Event Managers across all phases of the event — from set-up and the retail sale days to the final pack-up.

Event Set-Up

• Assist with delivery, unpacking, and categorising stock
• Work alongside visual merchandisers to display product aligned with our brand partners expectations
