Tele-Sales / Lead Generation Executive - Permanent – Shrewsbury

L & C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury-based concern to recruit a Tele-Marketing / Lead Generation Executive to join their existing Sales & Marketing Team. Based in their modern offices, this role suits an ambitious, professional applicant with a good grounding in sales, telesales, or marketing. Part-time hours (20-35 hours per week, Mon-Fri) and hybrid working (home and office) options are available.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and key decision makers
• Make approximately 30-50 calls per day
• Manage and update your pipeline and CRM
• Conduct market research
• Assist in new product launches
• Lead generation

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, telesales, new business development, or marketing. The focus is on quality of work and identifying key decision makers, not call volume. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, motivated, reliable, and flexible, with good communication skills across all customer levels.

Additional Information

The company offers flexible hours and working days (Mon-Fri). The location is accessible from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge, etc.
