We're Hiring : Project Manager - Luxury Interior Fit-Out | KSA & UAE Projects

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fitout projects in the UAE and KSA. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-standard execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, cultural and themed entertainment sectors.

  • Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.

Your Role :

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
  • Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
  • What You’ll Need :

  • 12+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
