HubSpot Lead / SME | Hybrid, London

Location : Central London (3 days office / 2 remote)

Salary : Up to £70,000 + 20% bonus (flexible DOE)

Contract : Permanent or Interim (Contract consultants welcome - rate to be discussed)

On behalf of my client, I am hiring for a hands-on, visionary HubSpot Lead to take full ownership of a business-critical CRM platform during a key period of integration and transformation.

This is an opportunity suited to someone from a Product Ownership or Solutions Architecture background with deep HubSpot expertise. You’ll be responsible for aligning the platform’s capabilities with commercial strategy, enabling adoption across departments, and leading ongoing optimisation of data, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rebuild and integration of the HubSpot platform
  • Redesign CRM data structures and oversee data integrity
  • Champion adoption and best practices across teams
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align HubSpot with strategic objectives
  • Own the roadmap and drive platform evolution
  • May manage or mentor a small support / admin team

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role would suit :

  • A Product Owner with experience owning internal CRM or RevOps platforms
  • A Solutions Architect who has delivered HubSpot or similar platform integrations and understands CRM strategy and automation
  • Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (across Marketing, CRM, and Ops hubs)
  • Background in platform implementations, migrations, or data architecture design
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and internal consulting capability
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
