Mechanical Engineer – Facilities Management Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas Company Van Provided Industry-Leading Benefits Package We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, working across a variety of commercial and public sector sites in and around Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works
• Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical systems, including HVAC, heating, and ventilation
• Undertake installation and upgrade work as required
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately complete all relevant documentation and job reports
• Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations Requirements
• Recognised Mechanical or HVAC qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar FM or building services role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and safety procedures What We Offer
