What you’ll do

As our Specialist Adviser you will ensure the smooth running of customer accounts as a dedicated ‘customer champion’. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times through in-depth customer knowledge and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • You will own the customer relationship, handling and resolving calls and emails within all service level agreements.
  • You will be providing a focal point to the customer for escalations and more complex queries.
  • You will be liaising with other departments within VodafoneThree to resolve account queries.
  • You will provide support to the Account Manager and Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the customer accounts.
  • You will be liaising within VodafoneThree to resolve technical and network related queries.
  • You will be working as part of the team to ensure the department offers World Class Customer Service at all times.

Who you are

  • You will preferably have Enterprise customer service experience.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a professional & friendly telephone manner.
  • You will have proven experience of ‘championing’ or relationship building with main contacts.
  • You will be a Team player and showcase a willingness to learn.
  • You will be able to demonstrate literacy numerical skills & feel comfortable multitasking.
