Customer Service

  • Greeting and assisting local and international customers, proactively introducing them to the brand, collections, and product lines;
  • Listening to and identifying customer needs;
  • Respecting customer service policies by delivering sincere and impeccable service following the company's sales process to ensure a memorable customer experience;
  • Developing effective sales pitches;
  • Applying complementary and additional sales techniques;
  • Providing after-sales service, handling dissatisfaction and complaints with appropriate solutions;
  • Preparing for sales and promotions.

Clienteling

  • Building customer loyalty through personalized follow-up and ongoing contact;
  • Monitoring and developing the store's customer portfolio using CRM tools.
  • Store Organization

  • Key holder for opening and closing the store, if applicable;
  • Opening and closing the checkout, cashing up as needed;
  • Ticketing and stock replenishment when necessary;
  • Ensuring efficient store operations;
  • Maintaining product displays in line with company standards;
  • Assisting with stock takes and stock control, suggesting restocking needs.
  • REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic self-starters with at least 3 years' experience in luxury retail;
  • Recognized for exemplary behavior, dynamism, autonomy, and proactivity;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented with team spirit;
  • Fashion or retail industry degree preferred; experience in boutique or fashion retail advantageous;
  • Experience with retail POS systems and key holder responsibilities is a plus;
  • Passion for luxury retail and customer service encouraged; multilingual skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean) a plus.
