Key Responsibilities :

Wellbeing & Support

  • Encourage resident participation in enriching activities (e.g., outings, crafts, reading)
  • Support wellbeing assessments, monitor concerns, and escalate issues as needed
  • Deliver person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate assistance

Customer Service & Community Engagement

  • Provide a warm welcome to residents, families, and visitors
  • Handle inquiries and support bookings, registrations, and viewings
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents
  • Organise and assist with community events and social activities
  • Advise on health equipment and telecare options
  • Housing & Safety

  • Report anti-social behaviour and safety concerns
  • Conduct health and safety checks in communal areas
  • Support tenancy management and maintenance issues
  • General Duties

  • Adhere to CQC regulations, company policies, and safeguarding standards
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
  • Commit to ongoing training and personal development
