Job description

The Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Workplace Operations team, to help keep our busy offices running smoothly across two central London sites.

This is a practical, fast-paced role at the heart of our operations team. You'll be responsible for supporting a wide range of office services from managing meeting room bookings and coordinating orders to fielding last-minute staff requests and ensuring everything behind the scenes stays on track. Were looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and enjoys being that go-to person others can rely on.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and day-to-day logistics
  • Handling purchasing, stationery, and office supplies across both sites
  • Supporting building maintenance requests and service calls
  • Responding to operational queries from staff and visitors
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters and office inductions
  • Helping the team maintain accurate records and supplier details
