This dynamic law firm is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team in their Eastbourne office. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills :

• Experience working within a Conveyancing team, handling all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Law graduate qualification is useful but not essential.
• Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchases, and remortgages, from opening files to post-completion.
• Willingness to learn and progress in their career.
