Digital & Communications Lead

The Work Room is seeking a Digital and Communications Lead . We are looking for a creative, organised, and responsive person to join our team. This is one of two new part-time roles we are currently recruiting – the other being the Artists Programme Producer . These roles will help us support our expanding artists community and future plans.

This role will lead on digital engagement and communications to support our mission of fostering a sustainable environment for independent dance artists, enabling them to create high-quality, thoughtful, and pioneering dance for diverse contexts both at home and internationally.

The successful candidate will have a creative approach to shaping digital communications and managing supporting systems. You will bring a passion for utilising existing platforms and implementing new strategies. Your influence will enhance the visual impact of our communications and social channels.

The role is based on 3 days (21 hours) per week, with potential flexibility to accommodate concentrated periods for other work or projects outside The Work Room.
