Apartment Maintenance Worker

We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Worker to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Halstead Housing Authority is a sixty-plus low-income, elderly, and disabled housing complex. Confidentiality is key.

Responsibilities :

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Carpentry skills, grounds maintenance, sprinkler maintenance
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
