As a SEMH Teacher / Instructor / Tutor you will be working in a residential setting with students that have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). You will plan, prep and deliver material to the student and provide support in their GCSEs. As a tutor, you will regularly create reports and monitor the students learning and behaviour on a weekly basis They provide an abundance of experience, which can allow you to grow as a teacher while being paid at market leading rates. We have experienced and dedicated SEND Consultants choosing placements that suit your availability, preference and skills. The right SEMH Teacher / Instructor / Tutor will have the following : Qualified Teacher Status / QTS, 6 months previous SEND / SEMH experience Flexible and able to cover classes last minute to cover for staff sickness or training Lessons will often be pre-planned, however, ideally capable of planning your own lesson activities and resources Adapting tasks to meet the needs of individual children Effective behaviour management skills Effective communication with members of internal staff In return for the above you can expect to receive : A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding process Guaranteed Payment Scheme
