We're looking for a Food Buyer to take ownership of a broad grocery portfolio within our fast-moving, customer-first retail environment. Based at our Store Support Centre in Melton (HU14 3HJ) , this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing, empowered business. We're open to flexible working , with a minimum of three days per week in the office , giving you the balance of collaboration and autonomy to thrive in your role.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the commercial lead across Core Grocery categories, driving sales growth, margin improvement , and customer satisfaction through smart trading decisions.

Key responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of a broad grocery product portfolio (ambient, shelf-stable, branded & own-label).
• Deliver profitable sales growth through range development, pricing, and promotions.
• Negotiate and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key suppliers.
