We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our client on a full time permanent basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients.

Duties   include :

• Support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
• Keeping record of customer interactions
• Processing customer orders and returns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience ac
